About the Role
As a Valuation Analyst Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on real client engagements. You'll develop technical skills in financial modeling, industry research, and valuation methodologies while contributing to meaningful work for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing financial models including discounted cash flow analyses and comparable company analyses
- Conduct industry and company research using financial databases and public filings
- Prepare supporting schedules and exhibits for valuation reports
- Participate in client calls and team discussions
- Support senior team members on multiple concurrent engagements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong academic record with coursework in corporate finance and accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
