Senior Valuation Analyst
Lead valuation engagements and mentor junior team members while delivering exceptional client work.
About the Role
As a Senior Valuation Analyst, you'll take ownership of valuation engagements from scoping through delivery. You'll work directly with clients, lead analysis, and mentor junior team members while continuing to develop your technical expertise and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead valuation engagements including business valuations, purchase price allocations, and fairness opinions
- Develop and review complex financial models using multiple valuation methodologies
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact on engagements
- Mentor and supervise junior analysts on project work
- Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in valuation, investment banking, or related field
- Strong technical skills in DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis
- CFA, ASA, or CPA designation preferred (or in progress)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
